Ammonium Causticum
Joints stiff and enlarged by calcareous matter (Caust, Graph., Guaiac, Sep., Thuj.).

Burning sensations experienced, especially in the throat, gullet, and re**um.
White patches on tongue and inner side of cheeks.
There is intense thirst, and excessively violent ejection of stomach contents.
Voice low, weak.
Speech broken.
Aphonia, with debility; or with burning rawness in the throat.
A good all-round remedy in aphonia.
Great oppression of breathing; the patient gasps for breath.
It has been used in muscular rheumatism of the shoulders and thighs.
Haemorrhages occur from mucous surfaces.
Great excitement in the evening.
Aggravation after eating or drinking.
Timidity.
Sensation as if brain protruded at centre, forward, and on both sides, and the skull was quartered, but without pain and without confusion of the head.
Peculiar redness of skin over nose and frontal sinuses.
Nose stopped.
Watery coryza.
Face extremely pale, expressive of the greatest suffering.
Lower lip swollen three times its size; black coating in centre.
Mucous membrane of lips and nose destroyed.
Glands under angle of jaw, each side, swollen.
Profuse bloody salivation.
Burning and scraping at root of tongue and back of gullet.
Lips, gums, and tongue swollen.
Burning and dryness of œsophagus.
Great difficulty in swallowing.
Uvula retracted, covered with white membrane.
Tonsils swollen.
Uvula elongated and swollen.
Intense thirst.
Vomiting of mucus and blood and great tenderness over epigastric region.
Violent ejection of stomach contents by nose, and mouth.
Burning in track of œsophagus, none in stomach.
Pains, tenderness, distension of abdomen.
Borborygmi.
Copious bloody stools.
Tenesmus.
Urine red, alkaline.
Albuminuria, hyaline casts.
Me**es fifteen days too early and very profuse.
Bronchitis, with profuse expectoration; blood-stained expectoration.
Voice deep, weak, or absent.
Great difficulty in breathing.
Gasping for breath.
Convulsive twitches of r. arm.
Muscular rheumatism of shoulders.
Bleedings from all orifices, which cause faintness.
Affection of the mucous membranes and organs of the chest.
Contraction of the flexor muscles. Contraction of the oesophagus and of the colon.
Great exhaustion and muscular weakness. Weakness which hardly admits of an upright posture.
Great trembling on making the slightest exertion.
Skin hot and dry, afterwards moist, perspiration supervening.
Disturbed sleep.
Shiverings; fever towards evening; pulse, at first feeble and rather accelerated, afterwards quicker from hour to hour.
Great tendency to take fright.
Dose: 6,12,30 potency (1 to 5 drops in 10 ml water on empty stomach or as advised by your doctor).

Kali Carbonicum patient has aversion to solitude.
Trembling sensation through entire body, < through pelvic region.
Hands tremble when writing, mornings. Weakness and want of strength in the arms (in the morning).
Paresis; trembling. A short walk fatigues much. Dropsical affections and paralysis of old persons.
Bag-like swelling over the upper eyelids.
Great general weakness and depression, with coldness and soft pulse; sensitiveness to change in the weather. Awakens at 3 or 4 o'clock a. m.
Everything affects the small of the back or pains start there. Back and legs give out; feel heavy. Lumbago. Arms weak; numb pinching in left. Painful tips of fingers and toes.
Great sensitiveness of the soles of the feet and of the heels.
Worse after midnight; toward morning; after sexual in*******se; from change of weather. Better from sitting stooped over; in the warm open air.
Indicated chiefly by the presence of sharp, sticking pain or a series of sticking pains, in various parts of the body. Especially useful in persons who are sensitive to changes in the weather and cannot bear cold weather.
Great drowsiness in the day-time and early in the evening. Arrest of breath rouses him from sleep at night. At night the left leg and the right arm go to sleep.
