*Online 7-Day Pranayama Workshop*

We are starting a *7-Day Pranayama Workshop* focused on learning the *correct breathing techniques and different types of Pranayama.*
This workshop is specially designed to help improve overall health and manage many *lifestyle-related issues.*

Regular practice of Pranayama can be helpful in managing conditions such as *hypertension ( BP) thyroid imbalance, respiratory issues like asthma allergic conditions , diabetes, PCOS, and PCOD. It also supports hormonal balance and helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.*

*In this workshop you will:*

• Learn different types of Pranayama
• Understand the correct breathing techniques
• Improve lung capacity and breathing efficiency
• Practice techniques that help balance the body and mind

*Starting from 9th March to 16th March*

Timing : Evening 5:30 to 6:30 pm

*Pranayama practices will be guided according to your physical and mental condition, making it safe and effective for everyone.*

All techniques will be taught step-by-step by a *CERTIFIED YOGA THERAPIST* to help you build a healthier lifestyle and better breathing habits.
