Description :
We are looking for "Customer Service Executive" for a US based Inbound process.
The process is to handle inbound calls and enquiries for Auto parts and help the customer through the process to buy the required part or parts.

Roles and Responsibilities :
The executive would receive inbound queries by a customer for Auto parts they are looking for. You would gather complete requirement from the customer and drive him towards selection of the same and help complete the payment process. Also where the purchase is done in the same call, would follow up.

Desired Candidate Profile :
-- Any graduate
-- Candidate must be fluent in English verbal communication.
-- Ready to work in US shift (8 PM to 5 AM India time)
-- Experience in similar work is a plus
