Baby Pug with Paralysis Needs Care or Foster

This little pug with a disability needs someone to care for or even a temporary foster, please 🥹

He has changed owners twice, and both times, nobody truly cared for this little pug with a disability. People argue about why they would sell a dog with a handicap!

Someone took him for medical treatment, left him at the clinic, and never came back to get him. For many, that was already a privilege for a disabled dog with no chance of returning to normal 🥹

But for this pug, he doesn't know much, he just doesn't understand who will truly love him, take care of him, and play with him 😔

Just a few days after he was brought to the Agricultural Acupuncture Association, he was diagnosed with Parvo. The doctors tried their best to treat him to keep him alive, but his hind legs remained paralyzed permanently.

So, the clinic sent him to us, temporarily housed in the room with other volunteer caregivers and other disabled puppies. It's the best we have at the moment to ensure his safety since he isn't eligible for vaccinations yet. We're facing an overwhelming situation, and our shelter expansion is progressing very slowly due to severe shortages.

We can only hope that someone with enough love in their heart will welcome him into their care, a gentle and understanding pup. So he won't have to witness the sadness reflected in those eyes but instead see a smile, joy, and overflowing happiness.

With nearly 400 dogs and cats being taken care of at the NPLB shelter, to provide daily meals, we need 100kg of rice, meat, and a lot of medication to ensure their safety.
