Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Application Sales Engineer to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales of CNC Cutting Tools, Lubricants & Band Saw Blades, client relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales Strategy & Ex*****on: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
✅ Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
✅ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
✅ Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
✅ Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
✅ Reporting & MIS: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the management.
✅ Negotiation & Closure: Conduct price negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
✅ Travel & Field Sales: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA Marketing preferred).
✔ Experience: Minimum 3-15 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial sales, or manufacturing sectors.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
✔ Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
✔ Leadership Abilities: Experience in managing a sales team and mentoring team members.
✔ Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
✔ Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and be open to field visits and client meetings.
