Reflecting on a journey that began twenty-nine years ago, my path as a dietitian has been defined by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a deep-seated passion for healing. From completing my formal education—transitioning from a Bachelor’s and Master’s to an international PhD—to spanning over three decades of professional practice, every milestone has been a building block in my expertise. This career has been a vibrant tapestry varied , numerous of clinical consultations, insightful write-ups, interactive workshops, and numerous media appearances and TV shows. At the heart of my work lies a firm belief in a human-centric approach to health; I strive to make every individual's food journey both beautiful and meaningful, ensuring it is always anchored in rigorous science. As I look forward, I am filled with immense gratitude for my clients, whose unwavering trust and faith provide the constant inspiration and motivation I need to continue this rewarding mission.

In a world where you can be anything…
BE BOLD. BE BRAVE. BE UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU.

Strong women aren’t born — they’re forged through challenges.
Through motherhood. Through living far from home. Through the silent battles of weight loss — the slow progress, the homesickness, the exhaustion.

No matter the distance or the time, she chose her path. She chose her health. She chose herself.

This journey isn’t just about losing weight — it’s about finding her strength again, her confidence, her comfort. 💪✨

WORLD HEALTH DAY - 7 TH APRIL

Just a reminder that Good Health is no longer what we think it is - with latest diets , pills , medications , herbal powders , natural substitutes, medically unsuitable, unfit , nonexperimented , unsupervised weight loss supplements , and also the weight loss promoters dominating the market .

The Health Industry needs a wake up call and Health care needs to get back on track .
But HOW ?

Look for these most important markers and if it is a YES or NO to any of these -

✔️Good Food and Nutrition
✔️Good Sleep
✔️Good Exercises
✔️Good Managment of Stress
✔️Good Lifestyle

Here are some simple steps to recognize the importance of these -

Getting back to basics -

* Cooking meals ( not just ordering out or eating out frequently ) ?

* Choosing foods which are over-fortified to find it the best choice ?

* Drinking market , store bought , canned , processed , supplements with so called macro and micronutrients?

* Protein powders are they really needed to be consumed ?

* Buying local and in season produce ?

* Starting to read food labels ?

* Skipping meals ( no time to eat ,eating meals in a rush ) ?

* Working on sleep pattern ( Sleeping everyday at the same time and waking up at the same time yes - a routine that’s so important yet also easily neglected ) ?

* Running ( Marathons) or otherwise when being overweight or or underweight or without any health checkups ( Blood tests especially after the age of 40years ) ?

* Working out in the Gym for 3-4 hours to compensate for a bad day of eating or indulgence ? ( Is it-a guilt trip ) ?

* Working nonstop without any breaks ( that plays on not only the physical health but mental health too ) ?

* Smoking and drinking with no limits ( and then compensating for the same by following latest fad diets and overexercising ) ?

* And lastly visiting a qualified professional , health practioner for your health related needs and requirements?
