PRIME HEAT is pleased to commission 500 kg/hr capacity Hardening & Tempering lines for high carbon steel strips (C45 to C85 grades), ensuring a precise martensitic structure.

For STELCO LTD, Punjab, we have supplied two H&T lines and one colour tempering line, designed for efficiency and consistency.

The setup features a gas-fired austenitizing furnace, molten metal quench, levelling furnace, tempering furnace, and jet cooler.

PRIME HEAT is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of 3 MT/hr and 1.5 MT/hr Bright Annealing Roller Hearth Furnaces at INDODEUTSCHE PRECISION TUBES PVT. LTD., NCR.
Designed for small diameter seamless tubes, the furnaces operate with Endo gas atmosphere to ensure zero decarburization post heat treatment.

We are proud to announce the successful commissioning of a 500 kg/hr Gas-fired Solution Annealing Roller Hearth Furnace for stainless steel seamless tubes at Bhuleswar Seamless Tubes Pvt Ltd, Pune.

This marks our 10th Roller Hearth type Solution Annealing Furnace installation for SS tubes.
