2. Should be certified in SF ONB 1.0 and ONB 2.0 and RCM modules
3. Professional certificate in ONB 1.0 or 2.0 prefered but not mandatory

I am looking for 1 Project Coordinator and 1 QA. Technical Product Management of various application in use by NBFC for financing and asset management (LOS, LMS, Collection management, Invoice discounting, CRM) that is used by 5000+ users. Understand the business strategy and functional requirements very clearly by working closely with business teams and document the new requirements clearly in the form of Business Requirement Documents.
Work along with software development team to deliver the required functionality and ensure 100% adoption rates with clarity in go live implementation.
Important Skillsets:
• Engage with internal business users to understand architecture implications for new project work.
• Engage with business users to understand needs, using domain knowledge to provide recommendations.
• Strong ability to understand the business models and business processes quickly and thoroughly.
• Ability to convert the business requirements into software requirements while taking care of user friendly interfaces and efficient business processes. Ability to define the requirements with a high degree of detailing, UI wireframes, process flowcharts, etc.
• Hands on experience with UI builder tools like Figma/Sketch/InVision and flowcharting tools like draw.io/Visio/Bizagi
• Experience in Agile product roll outs through rapid prototyping and MVP
• Strong data handling capabilities to analysis and improve the adoption rates
• Identify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilities
• Create and document solution(s) of high complexity to meet end user requirements, including documentation of systems specifications.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
• Manage business analysis acceptance testing (BAAT).
• Manage and mentor team members to deliver projects QA efficiently
• Manages internal processes necessary for successful project implementation
• Performs complex analytics/design and works autonomously, with little or no guidance
• Performs research needed to execute projects
• Documents project activities to adhere to controls processes
• Overall insight of defects, develop and execute data.
• Defect analysis per different point of view, by BU, Owner, life cycle. Translate business issues into questions that can be answered with data.

Designs solutions in alignment with security architecture standards.
• Liaises with internal teams and vendors concerning the potential solutions.
• Publish project status reports on regular basis as per the requirements of the project
Basic Qualifications
• Expert proficiency with data querying and manipulation via MySQL/MS SQL and Java(Only conceptual knowledge of OOP’s).
• Highly flexible, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving organization
• Good experience in UML diagrams creation or similar
• Proficient in the use of analytic tools necessary to build prototypes and requirements documents
Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Solution specialist. Experience with NBFC domain would be preferred
