Role: Customer Service Representative – Voice Process

Role Designation: Senior Process Associates

Shifts: 24X7 environment and night shifts

Location: Mumbai and Thane

Experience: 1-3 Years

The Job Role and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.

Competencies and Skills Required

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
•Good interpersonal skills

Required Education and Work Experience

• Full-time graduate or Undergraduate
Customer service experience in an international call center setting for a minimum of 12 months.
