How do I even begin to tell you the magic burst of flavors you're going to experience with this one. Kehne k lie to bana unhi akkhe masalo se hai jo hum rozana isthemal hai, par bhaisaab, yo jo swaad hai na - that is incomparable.

Since we believe in keeping it all natural, our ingredient list is quiet simple:
Kashmiri chillies impart a beautiful, deep red color while the black pepper and red chillies give it that perfect kick of spice. Next we add our aromats - green & black cardamom, star anise, nutmeg, mace, cassia & clove, followed by dhanyia, bay leaf & cumin. These are roasted just enough to get all the beautiful aromas and nuttiness flowing. Lastly we finish it off with some turmeric, garlic ginger, amchoor and salt.

And there you have it - the perfect tikka masala. But how do we keep our top-secret recipe from being copied? Well, the trade secret lies in the precise quantities of produce, the dry roasting process & pounding time.
