The banyan tree has long been a muse for artists and scientists alike.
It doesnโt grow alone. Its branches stretch wide, while aerial roots descend, some thickening into trunks that help support the expanding canopy.
What starts as a single trunk becomes a network of support, holding the tree steady.
Humans thrive in much the same way: grounded in care, strengthened by connection and rooted in support.
Our well-being is collective. In moments of crisis, timely access to care can make the difference between staying afloat and struggling.
This World Mental Health Day, share this with someone who has been part of your canopy. ๐ณ
