Chidiyali village in Hanval valley has been grappling with a water crisis for over a decade, but the community has come together to find a solution. Through joint efforts with organizations like Uttarakhand JAN Jagriti Sansthan, HIMCON, Himalayan Springs, and Seeds Himalaya Resources, the village has revitalized its traditional water source. The community's annual tree-planting activities have ensured the preservation of the water source and enhanced water availability, with this year's initiative being a notable success.
