We are hiring for a Branch Sales Manager in Banking and Insurance Sector in North East.

Profile: Branch Sales Manager/Sales Manager

Salary: 2.00 LPA to 3.50 LPA + Incentive (40k Performance Bonus per year)

Experience: 7 Months to 3 Years in Banking and any Sales

Locations: Rangirkhari/Nagdirgram/Chandrapur & Kalinagar/Bundashil(Silchar), Margherita/Sonari/Sibsagar, Dibrugarh, Tezpur/Bongaigaon/Dhubri, Agartala/Nagaon, Tawang
, Tinsukia, Sibsagar, Nagaon, Imphal, Guwahati, North Lakhimpur, Jorhat, Aizawl, Tura, Bokakhat/ Dergaon (Jorhat ), Dhekiajuli (Tezpur), Shillong.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create marketing strategies to achieve the sales targets of a bank.

2. Implement best practices to meet customers’ needs and requirements.

3. Initiate campaign strategies for bank products and services.

4. Initiate customer retention strategies and build new customers.

5. Lead, direct and mentor sales and marketing teams to achieve a hundred percent outcome.

6. Resolve customer needs

7. Assist and support bank management in delivering customer services.

8. Prepare sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank.

Responsibility:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Sales target management
