Successfully retrofitted 400+ roller table drives at the AMNS CSP plant using Siemens SINAMICS S120 technology with zero production downtime and improved system reliability.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲
AMNS Hazira was operating with old legacy drives which led to frequent failures, outdated spares issues and production instability. This project required a phased modernization without disrupting plant operations under severe space and environmental constraints.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
AMNS Automation implemented Siemens SINAMICS S120 drives with a common DC link architecture, PROFIBUS-to-fiber-optic communication, and regenerative technology for improved efficiency and reliability.
Over 200 VFD panels were retrofitted using Rittal enclosures with anti-vibration mounting and cooling arrangements for harsh industrial conditions.

The retrofit was completed with zero production disruption, reducing outages, improving power quality, and increasing operational reliability and scalability.
