I chose the training field because i wanted to help others. The good thing is that I always receive a lot of love, respect, and support from trainees.

In the last week of March 2023, I got a privilege to train handloom weavers of Bishnupur ( West bengal).

"Access development services" is one the leading NGO of india, working for the growth of artisans of India. They arranged training sessions for 5 days.

250+ weavers took advantage of this training and changed their attitude, gained knowledge about different government schemes, and also learned business skills to promote their products on digital platforms.
