Healthy Oat & Apple Loaf in 40 Minutes! 🍎 .....
Ingredients
2 Apples (chopped)
1 Banana
150g Oats
150g Water
10g Cinnamon
3g Baking Powder
Optional Toppings: Assorted nuts (almonds, cashews) and dried fruit (cranberries).
Instructions
Blend: Place the apples, banana, oats, water, cinnamon, and baking powder into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Prepare: Pour the batter into a loaf baking tin.
Top: Sprinkle your desired nuts and dried fruits on top.
Bake: Bake in an oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
Serve: Slice and enjoy plain, or top with a dollop of yogurt and fresh berries for an extra treat!
