Job Title: MIS Coordinator

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat
💼 Job Type: Full-time
🕒 Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of data.

Track and monitor performance dashboards, productivity reports, and other business metrics.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting of MIS data.

Support management with ad-hoc reports as required.

Key Skills Required

Strong expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

Knowledge of MIS reporting, data validation, and data cleaning

Good analytical & problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce / Management / Computer Applications or equivalent

Certification in Excel/Data Analytics (preferred, not mandatory)
