*Parks and Gardens in Srinagar Announce Revised Entry Fee Rates*

Srinagar, Feb 16 (KS): The Department of Floriculture, Gardens, and Parks has announced a revision in the entry fee tickets for all the parks and gardens maintained by them.

An official from the department informed News Agency Kashmir Scroll that the revised rates for entry fees are as follows:

1. Parks and gardens (except Tulip Garden and Children Park Hazuri Bagh, Srinagar):
- Adult: Rs. 30
- Child below 12 years: Rs. 15

2. Children Park Hazuri Bagh, Srinagar:
- Adult: Rs. 30
- Child below 12 years: Rs. 15

3. Tulip Garden, Srinagar:
- Adult: Rs. 30
- Child below 12 years: Rs. 15

For foreigners, the entry fee rates are as follows:

1. All parks and gardens (except Tulip Garden):
- Adult/Child: Rs. 10 (Adults visit the garden along with their child as Guardian)

2. Tulip Garden, Srinagar:
- Adult: Rs. 75
- Child below 12 years: Rs. 30

The official mentioned that these revised rates will be applicable from 01-03-2024. However, for already outsourced parks and gardens, the new rates will be applicable from the date of allotment of a new contract or extension of the existing contract, the official added. (KS)
