Team Red Clinch Title in Thrilling Finale of Lonestar Intra-Academy League 2025

Srinagar, May 19 The Grand Finale of the Lonestar Intra-Academy League 2025 (Morning Batch) turned into a spectacle of passion and grit as Lonestar Team Red emerged victorious over Team Green in a nerve-racking penalty shootout, following a 1–1 draw at full time.

The event was graced by Mr. Aamir Hussain Para, renowned international cricketer and an enduring symbol of sporting inspiration. His presence as Chief Guest, along with other dignitaries, added immense prestige to the occasion. In his address, Mr. Para lauded the young athletes for their skill, determination, and sportsmanship.

The final match lived up to expectations, with Team Red taking an early lead through a superb goal by Arsalaan Nazir. However, Team Green staged a strong comeback in the second half, with Isa Mushtaq netting a brilliant equalizer. With both teams locked at 1–1 after regulation time, the outcome was decided on penalties, where Team Red held their composure to lift the championship trophy.
