Today, Mr. Javeed Ahmed Hakeem, Section Officer - Joint Directorate of Skill Development Kashmir, has attained the age of superannuation after rendering more than 40 years of dedicated service to the Department in various capacities.
Throughout his long and distinguished career, he has been known for his humility, sincerity and gentle demeanor. He discharged his duties with utmost efficiency, commitment and integrity, earning the respect and goodwill of colleagues and stakeholders alike.
