Unfiltered feels

Yesterday, I was in Srinagar with my friends. There was this guy from Bihar selling Golgappas (pani puri). I asked one of my friends to go get a plate from him. When he went, the Bihari guy randomly started abusing him, saying “I don’t give just one piece. If you want, take a full plate.”

We did want a full plate, but maybe he didn’t hear properly and started cursing for no reason! When we asked him why he abused us, he started creating a scene. Then someone who seemed like an acquaintance of his showed up and started yelling at us, saying,
"You Kashmiris act like goons here!"

I mean seriously, is that even fair? They beat up and insult Kashmiris in their own states, and now they’re putting the blame on us here? He even started threatening to call the police and behaved very weirdly.

Has the Kashmiri spirit really died?
No one stood up for us...
Shame on our own Kashmiri community.
