The fourth-grade students enthusiastically engaged in a practical geometry activity, harnessing the power of Geoboards to explore the concept of symmetry. With precision and creativity, they utilized rubber bands to draw lines of symmetry, mastering the art of mirroring shapes. This hands-on experience not only deepened their understanding of symmetry but also fostered a keen appreciation for geometry in a fun and interactive way.

The second-grade students engaged in a practical and educational activity centered around the concept of counting money. Through hands-on exercises, they gained valuable experience in recognizing and totaling various denominations. This activity not only enhanced their mathematical skills but also provided a real-world application of counting money, fostering financial literacy from an early age.

Data really powers everything that we do.
You can have data without information, but you can not have information without data. We need different kinds of information in our daily life. It can be collected in the form of data. Data collection and understanding is very important for making different decisions in our daily life. So the topic "Data Handling" was introduced to our little Wilburites. They learnt about collecting, sorting and understanding data. They learnt the different ways to do it by doing some interesting activities related to bar chart, tally chart, carroll diagrams and venn diagram. The activities made it easier for the little ones to understand the concept in an easy manner.
