I think there are only two drawback in the Teacher Appointment Rules-2023.
1. First, the teachers who have been appointed before this rule came should have been accommodated directly with new service Condition. If there is any doubt related to the certificates or their qualifications, then a departmental examination could have been held, but including these teachers in the examination along with new candidates shows the bad intention of the Government
2.The second drawback is that when the government is going to appoin teachers through BPSC, then why the pay structure is new ? Government should established teachers old cadre which is dying in 2006. I thing, as a responsible teacher leader, all organizations should raised their voices against these two issues.The rest of all the exercise will be an attack on the interests of teachers, education and new candidates hoping to become a teacher. Therefore, all these things should be considered.
