So kiran is in Car-01 with Charu.....
But acc. to 4th Inf. Naresh can't be in Car-01, so he is in Car-02
Now This is the solution....

Charu, Kiran, Chetan & Kartik. Kartik is married with Charu & Kiran is married with Chetan.

Hari, Shama, Hema & Naresh. Hari is married to Shama & Hema is married to Naresh.

Vicky, Divya, Radha & Pankaj. Wife & husband can't be determined in this Car....
