Hard times are truly necessary in life.
Because without them, we wouldn’t really see people for who they are.
Yes, we all know this on the surface—but here’s the deeper truth:
Each of us, at some point, deserves that one person—
someone who stands by us without condition,
someone who stays through the good and the bad,
holds us close in every storm,
and understands the silence in our hearts.

But the real heartbreak?
It begins when you realize that person… doesn’t exist in your life.

And so, I’ve learned to comfort myself,
to fight my battles alone,
to carry my pain without a hand to hold.
Through every moment—it's just me. Alone.

That’s why the hard times matter.
Because they open your eyes—
to the harsh reality that the one you trusted,
the one you believed would be with you through everything…
isn’t really there.

Yes, they exist—just not for you.
And that truth… hurts the most.
