Recently Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for Sikkim’s inaugural railway station at Rangpo. This will end the long wait of the state and soon we believe tourists will be able to visit Sikkim directly on a train. Most part of the train route from Sevok in West Bengal to Rangpo in Sikkim passes through high mountains. There are numerous tunnels and bridges build on this route to connect the two rail stations.
