Coping with exam stress
Concentrate more on preparation, if you are well prepared, you will be able to answer any question.
Sleep is very important, make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep.
Eat simple and healthy food, and ensure you don’t get unwell right before the exam.
Sit down with your parents and share your concerns with them. They are the best people who can counsel you on how to tackle stress.
Concentrate on the portion you have completed.
Do not think about previous exam.
Do not overthink.
Consume adequate water.
