It is always a pleasure to have a guest return to stay, and in the case of Ms Linda Gray, it was after a period of 45 years! At the time, she was working in the American Embassy in Delhi and spent Christmas of 1980 at Chapslee. She returned in  October, 2025 along with her sister Ms Janice Bourne, and was pleasantly surprised to find her remarks in the Visitors book dated 28.12.1980 as a testament to her visit. Thank you Ms Gray for  rediscovering us and endorsing  everything that Chapslee stands for- the commitment to keep this legacy and piece of history alive!
