I didn’t know how this would turn out.
I didn’t practice. I didn’t test. Just tasted
I just showed up with faith and poured my heart into every dessert.

This was my first dessert table. It was chaotic as it was the first time of many things but seeing it come together made me pause, breathe, and feel proud in a way I haven’t felt in a long time.

Which one would you choose?
Soft vanilla sponge layered with butter cream or Fudgy Goey Brownie with a layer of luscious Chocolate ganache?
