Responsibilities
The primary task of an associate is to handle queries from customers or clients and provide them with a solution.
Must be very effective in providing customer service mainly via chat process by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
Candidate must be
1. Able to understand the English language completely and grasp the project work quickly.
2. Able to understand the training provided by the team manager
3. Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.
4. Be a 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.
5. Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & detail Oriented.
6. Able to meet deadlines.
7. Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.
8. Must be able to do the Night Shift.
Skills
· Fluent in verbal and written English.
· Usage knowledge on Microsoft Office (Basic Word, Excel).
Required Experience and Qualifications
· Experience: 0-2 years (Hiring Freshers)
· Qualification: minimum 10+
· Preferred: eCommerce background is a plus with knowledge about
Returns, Refunds, RMAs and so on
