Dear Krishna,
I could have agreed any better. There was is no doubt about your skill and capabilities.
What stands out to me is, the cost consciousness, simple plain working and very aesthetic looking designs at relatively low cost and finally keeping checks when owner goes overboard, which gives a owner great feeling of 'no worries and you are in safe hands'. Other qualities regarding labour management etc is anyway bhim has nicely put it.
I'm really thankful to bhim n you for doing my house, and most importantly becoming a friend forever
