Job Title: Operations Executive

Qualification:Any Graduate

Fresher/Experienced: prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Salary: 15-50k

Job Location: Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities:

Overlook and supervise the operational front of the business at a macro and micro level.
Handle and resolve all customer escalations.
Communicate with E-Com Channels like Swiggy, Zomato, maintain smooth relation & transactions with them.

Process – Outbound sales voice process
Languages –Good English and fluency in Hindi
Qualification – Undergraduates / Graduates
Shifts – Rotational shifts max logout 8 pm (6 days work 1 day rotational)
Experience – Fresher
CTC – 13.6k
Take home – 12k Plus Retention bonus of 2k for every quarterly Work from office (Incentives upto 40K)

Process – Unacademy (outbound sales voice)

Languages – Good English and fluency in Hindi (no regional Lang)

Qualification – Undergraduates / Graduates

Shifts – 8 to 8 window shifts (6 days work 1 day rotational off on week days)

Eligibility – Fresher’s / Experience in to BPO collection or telesales

CTC – 14k (fresher) 16k (Experience) with incentives on an average 10k
