Upon the gst imposed by the central govt the textile organization of idapadi held a protest on 06-07-17 to 12-07-17
Respectful citizens ,,

Till date there are 1 lakh power loom is live in idapadi ther are more than 25,000 family are dependent both knowingly and unknowingly . There where already yarn rate and other tax problem yet haven't been complete and now the govt has imposed gst of 5% to 18% has lead to the loss of the textile industry in idapadi as well as tamil nadu .
As per this issue the people of idapadi under the leadership of M.A.A. Thangavel have decided to protest on the above mentioned date and on 08-07-17 people would turn in fasting until people starve to death.
The protest would continue until the govt excludes the gst imposed .
THE PROTEST IS MAINLY TO TAKE PLACE IN IDAPADI BUS STAND ON 08-07-17.
And we kindly request our people to give a hand in this protest for the welfare of our nation.
