A veteran in the HR domain, she has an experience of over 13 years in Training and Development across managerial levels, hierarchies and sectors. Ms. Kumari has been the driving force behind executing L&D strategies and optimising various HR processes across organisations including Leads2Success and Levi Strauss & Co.

Mr. Sushant Kumar is the India Lead - University Relations & Campus Recruitment at Tata Technologies. A seasoned HR professional with over 10 years of experience working across India & APAC regions, he has worked in various organizations like Tata Technologies, WNS Global Services, GE, Siemens, and HCL. Additionally, he serves as a mentor and advisor to startups in Bangalore like Upgrad, edWisor Academy, Data-trained among others.
