Yoga is a subject that has to be experienced, not merely discussed or argued about. Even if one wants to discuss it or argue about it, one has to experience it, because what one experiences is direct knowledge, and it is the imprint left from this direct knowledge that makes discussion possible. If the experience doesn’t coordinate with the mental image or thinking about the experience, then either the experience is insufficient or the thinking over of the experience is not precise. When both tally, that is factual or direct knowledge. That is yoga.
