🌿Veg Cheela: New dish in our menu!
Cheela is a tradition Indian food. In the West it would be considered a vegan omlette.
We make it of a mixture of rice and chickpeas flour that we ferment for a few hours and then pan fry with paneer, fresh veggies and spices!
It's so good!🔥
