JOB: Leadership Opportunity with a Leading Automotive Group West Africa
Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Translates broad corporate goals into actionable, data-backed roadmaps for growth, market expansion, and product positioning.
• Financial & P&L Management: Owns budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets. Balances resource allocation to maximize profitability and cost efficiency.
• Marketing and Sales Strategy
• Team Leadership: Recruits, mentors, and empowers department heads. Cultivates a high-performance culture and aligns staff capabilities with business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Streamlines workflows, implements performance metrics, and optimizes processes to eliminate inefficiencies and scale output.
• Risk & Compliance: Identifies market and operational risks while ensuring all business activities adhere to legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue growth and net profit margins.
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Employee retention and engagement scores.
• Operational efficiency metrics (e.g., turnaround time, resource utilization).
Education & Certification
 Bachelor's degree and MBA are preferred.
Experience
 Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience and At least 5years on leadership position accountable for P&L.
 Good experience with Products (2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler and Tyres)
