Triveni ghat is a most revered sacred bathing spot in Rishikesh and is situated on the bank of river Ganga.

It is a belief that who take a dip in water at Triveni Ghat washes away all sins and purifies the soul and will have salvation, a relief from all sins carried out, the water at Triveni ghat has the power to purify each soul. Triveni ghat is even used by devotees to perform the last rites and rituals of there loved ones.

The ghat is famed for the Ganga aarti performed to the chants of vedic hymns.
