Deputy Medical Superintendent, GMC Rajouri, Dr. Javed Iqbal Choudhary, has appealed to the public to remain cautious during the ongoing heatwave and monsoon season.

He urged everyone to stay hydrated, protect themselves from heat-related illnesses, keep children away from rivers and streams to prevent drowning incidents, and seek immediate medical care in case of snakebites instead of relying on traditional remedies.
