As stated, best can be brought out by being clean signifying the use of waste. We Care -The Green Movement NITRR is back with the event - "Backyard Scientist". With a twist in the traditional best out of the waste contest. This time, this event is much mechanical, much enthusiastic and more socio-scientifi
c.
All the necessary waste and reusable materials such as bottles, newspapers, ice cream sticks etc. will be provided and all you have to do is to add a little pinch of creativity in turning it out to a vehicle (car, train, submarine etc). Participants are also allowed to bring any additional items to complete the task.
Models will be judged on the overall design and working abilities and best models which are aesthetically pleasing overall will be awarded and a chance to be featured in "Aavishkar - A research and technology fest".
