Successful Ex*****on of an End-to-End Supply-Chain Project:

Recently, we had the privilege of successfully executing a comprehensive end-to-end supply-chain project for Industrial Goods on behalf of one of our esteemed client based in Kenya. This project was particularly noteworthy due to its complexity and the high level of coordination required across multiple stakeholders.

The project presented several challenges, primarily because it involved multiple shippers based in India, many of whom were first-time export manufacturers with no prior experience in international trade. This necessitated extensive hand-holding and guidance to ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. Additionally, the project required the transportation of various combinations of containers, ranging from 20'GP to 40'FR, which demanded meticulous planning to ensure the safe and cost-effective movement of cargo. Our team worked diligently to optimize the shipment process, ensuring maximum cost savings for the client while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

The scope of the project encompassed end-to-end logistics services, including transportation from multiple factories across India to the Port of Loading (POL) at Nhava-Sheva, customs clearance, cargo surveying, lashing and choking, insurance, and freight forwarding until the Port of Discharge (POD) at Mombasa. Given the diverse nature of the cargo, which included Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC), we collaborated with multiple global carrier partners such as Maersk, Hapag-Lloyd, and CMA CGM to ensure seamless ex*****on. In total, we managed the export of 23 ODC containers and 30 general containers from India as part of this project.

Our team’s expertise in handling complex logistics, coupled with our strong network of carrier partners, enabled us to deliver the project on time and within budget, exceeding the client’s expectations.
