For all their retail needs we will supply the material to shop owners at prices lower than what they are currently getting as we are buying material directly from manufacturer and distributor.

Short explanation for explaining retail owner why they should attend our meeting:

We have arranged a special programme to educate Grocery, Medicine and Stationery owners on how they can survive in this competition and give better service to their customers.

In each ward there are roughly around 4000 families with average purchasing power of Rs. 10,000/- per month for Grocery, Medicine, Stationery and many more products etc.
This is roughly turnover of Rs. 4 Crore in the limited area.

To serve this market there are at least 8 to 20 shops in the area. To average it out they are around 12 shops supplying this material to these 4000 families.

Normally each shop deals in roughly has 1000 to 3000 items what they can afford to stock and have a place to stock.

For e.g.:

Each shop does turnover of roughly 4 to 10 lakhs per month. If we take 10 Lakhs normally they earn 3% to 5% of net profit on their turn over. i.e. roughly Rs. 30,000/- to 70,000/- per month.

Now, once they tie up with us they will be selling their own items in stock additionally they will be able to take orders worth another 30 Lakhs of other items. (i.e. if he is grocery owner can take orders of all Grocery items, medicines, stationery and many more items)

Each shop has confirmed 200 customers who prefer to deal with them due to various reasons; one of them is association of so many years. So roughly shop owner does business of Rs. 2000/- to 10,000/- with their current confirmed customers which will allow them to do business of Rs. 6000/- to 15,000/- with the same customers as they have more than 1 lakh items to sale.

Other customer will also prefer to visit this store as they know they can order all the items at one shop and get higher discount.

Due to above advantages the shop owner who associates with us, will minimum earn extra 50,000 per month due to association with us.

Even after few months of customers getting supplies from us they will need certain items which they didn’t plan or needs urgently which they will take from our associated shop, which will be on-going business for shop associated with us.

In a process, if some shop owners are visionary and understand how things will evolve in future they may become our Manager and their experience of this business will help our system.

The above are rough figures and may change from shop to shop. We only need one shop owner from one assigned society area. The Shop owner with current income of more than Rs. 2 lakhs per month may not be interested in our meeting but the shop owner who is earning from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 1.5 Lakh per month will surely be interested.
