We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Sales & Marketing Executive to promote courses, generate admissions, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, lead conversion, and marketing activities.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, and references
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admissions
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments/admissions
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events
• Visit colleges, schools, and institutes for tie-ups and promotions
• Maintain CRM data and track leads, conversions, and reports Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Graduate in Marketing / Business / Any stream
• Experience in education sales, academic counseling, or EdTech sales preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools
• Willingness for field marketing activities
• Experience in student counseling and career guidance
• Knowledge of online marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Job Opening: Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Department: Purchase / Procurement / Supply Chain
Salary: up to 30,000/- per month .
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely purchasing, cost control, and quality compliance.
• Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
• Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for materials and services
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams
• Track deliveries and ensure on-time supply
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration
• Experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems / MS Excel
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing / engineering / trading industry
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination
• Cost analysis and budgeting skills
