On 6th March, we visited 4 employers to present Appreciation Certificates and recognize their valuable support.
It was wonderful to see how much the employers appreciated this recognition. One employer even expressed interest in delivering a guest lecture to inspire our interns.
We also saw inspiring progress at the workplaces - at one shop, an intern is confidently managing the shop and guiding new interns, while at another place, interns have now been absorbed as full-time employees.
Moments like these are truly motivating and remind us why this journey matters. Looking forward to completing all 24 employer visits soon. 🙌
