In this journey of life we all come here to unlearn some patterns and to learn new ways of living which helps our Soul ascend in higher knowing.
Our body is an important vehicle in assisting our Soul to transcend. The whole lot of trauma, pain, sufferings at times get manifested in our physical, mental and emotional bodies in form of dis-ease and dis-comfort.
And when the body chooses to release all this baggage, the path it takes is not an easy one.
Working through your body opens the door for releasing all that which no longer serves any purpose and heals the trauma, pain and emotjonal blocks, breaking the old patterns and paving the path for new beginnings.

Invite your Body in whatever you do and want to do.
Let you body rest, re-energise and re-juvenate.
