It lives in the environment that surrounds it. In the way a campus is planned, the way movement is shaped through it, and the way a long working day is supported with greater thought from beginning to end.

That is what these on-site images begin to reveal at AP4 Tech Park — not only the progress of an IT Park taking form, but the early outline of a workplace ecosystem built with more intent, more range, and a clearer understanding of what enterprises ask of their environments today.

We hosted an on-site learning experience for students from NICMAR University at AP4 Tech Park, in association with IGBC Pune Chapter.

More than a construction visit, it offered students a closer understanding of how large commercial environments are designed to function as complete workplace ecosystems.

Always encouraging to see future professionals engage with the built environment not just as design or construction, but as performance in practice.
