The 3 Cardinal Virtues of Emotional-Maturity are :
(1)- Communication
(2)- Trust
(3)- Vulnerability

These three virtues where either gifted to us during a warm and nourishing childhood or else we need to learn them arduously as adults.

There is nothing to be ashamed of possible present ignorance. At least half of us weren't brought up in the land of emotional literacy. We may just never heard adults around us speaking the emotionally mature dialect. So we may - despite our age go right back to school and spend 5 to 10,000 hours learning with great patience and faith, the beautiful and complex grammar of the language of emotional adulthood.
