Does your pup love playing with an assortment of toys?
Watching our dogs play with toys is an absolute joy! As much as we enjoy watching and playing with them, we must remember that toys that are frequently played with will harbour numerous bacteria and dirt. Hence, regularly cleaning of toys is a must
- Avoid harsh chemicals, using Lysol disinfectant spray may kill bacteria but it could also poison your pup!
- Use simple detergent and wash the toys. Machine wash works well too.
- Hand wash Squeaky toys made from rubber or plastic with soap detergent.
- Remember to wash their bedding and blanket regularly too.
- Discard toys that are torn, ripped or a missing pieces.
- Clean once every 2 weeks.
- Heavily used toys, collars, leashes and garments can be washed once a week.
- Always dry the toys before use.
KONG toys
- Rinse with warm water and dish soap.
- For stubborn & stuck treats, soak Kong in warm water & dish soap to loosen the leftovers.
- Use a toothbrush to scrub the inside.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Can also wash on too rack of dishwasher. It will clean the Kong as well as disinfect it.

SLICKER BRUSH
Ideal for curly or medium- long hair dogs.
Breeds : Golden Retrievers, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, St Bernards, Lhasa Apsos, Pomeranian, Havanese, Poodles, other long haired dogs.
Uses :
- Regular brushing prevents Tangles that could lead to matts.
- Removes debris that could be on the coat.
- Always be gentle when using, harsh or too much pressure brushing can cause discomfort and could also lead to slicker burns.
- It is advisable not to use this type of brush on your pet if they have any flea bites, broken skin or skin problems such as mange.
- Do follow up the brushing with a steel comb to get all the shedding hair off.
Make sure to clean the brush with soap and water at regular intervals and dry thoroughly before use.
