Garma Garam Tomato Soup!
INGREDIENTS: Chopped tomato 1 cup, Chopped carrot 1/4 cup, Chopped onion 1/4 cup, Chilly powder 1/4 tea spoon, sugar 1 table spoon, Corn flour 1 table spoon, Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
METHOD: Mix corn flour in 1/4 cup of water. Mix tomato,carrot & onion in one cup of water and boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Grind and strain to make a pulp. Then add in pulp, 2 cup of water,chilly powder, sugar and salt and boil. While boiling add corn flour mixture little by little to make a thick soup. Serve with fresh cream and crottons.
