Not perfect. Not beginners. Just beautifully, unapologetically human.

Dhanurasana (the bow pose) is one of those postures that asks your entire body to show up at once. Spine, chest, shoulders, thighs. It doesn’t care about your age or your flexibility. It only cares that you try.

And these beautiful humans? They tried. Hard.
